Arrival/Check-In

Your flat is ready for occupancy from 2:30pm. Depending on availability, an earlier check-in is possible by arrangement.

 

Departure/Check-out

The flat must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. so that we can prepare it for the new guests.
Depending on availability, a later check-out is possible by arrangement.

 

Baby & infant equipment

For an extra charge of € 15,00 we are happy to provide you with a baby cot and a high chair for your stay.

 

Bread roll service

Fresh bread rolls can be ordered daily.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our flats. We ask for your understanding. In rare exceptions they will be allowed by arrangement.

 

Non-smoking house

We are a non-smoking house and therefore smoking is prohibited in the entire house.
Smokers can enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony or in front of the house.

 

Overnight stay tax/local tax - Ramsau am Dachstein

In the holiday municipality Ramsau am Dachstein € 3,50 per night and person (from 15 years) will be charged.

 

Parking space

One free parking space per flat is available directly in front of our house. Further parking spaces on request and availability.

 

Travel insurance

To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. Until the start of a trip, something unplanned can happen (illness, accident, death in the family, ...).

Cancellation conditions

Only written cancellations will be accepted. The following conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival - free cancellation
29 to 8 days prior to arrival - 70% of the accommodation price (excl. final cleaning and local tax)
7 to 1 day before arrival - 90% of the accommodation price (excl. final cleaning and local tax)
No-show without cancellation - 100% of the accommodation price (excl. local tax)

 

Wifi

Free Wifi is available for the duration of your stay.

 

Terms of payment

A deposit of 35% is payable before arrival. The rest can be transferred before arrival (7 days before) or paid in cash on site.
Our bank account details will be sent to you with the confirmation of your reservation.
